Mr. T. Devender Goud draws parallel lifestyle resemblance with the Late Prime Minister of India Lal Bahadur Shastri, having been educated in the village and used bicycle to do his Degree in Commerce from Badruka College in Hyderabad. It was here that he achieved signs of leadership.

Mr.Vijayender, Managing Director and Chairman for SVM Private Limited is originally from Hyderabad. Vijayender has a Bachelors of Science degree in General Education from Northern Illinois University, USA. He has more than 8 years of experience in the Information Technology Space, Infrastructure Development, Construction, Education, Entertainment and Real Estate. where he was holding key positions in reputed organizations.
Vijayender was the Founder of Resource America Information Technology based in Chicago, Illinois. He spearheaded the Organization in the capacity of a CEO. RAIT focused on Software development and Human Resources in USA. Europe, and India.
Vijayender had the opportunity to be associated with Megasoft in the capacity of Vice President HR, wherein he was managing the Human resources for the World Bank, Washington DC. This tenure at Megasoft enriched him with exposure in Human Resource Management, Administration, and Marketing.

Dr. Y. Shyam Prasad has done his B.F. (Civil) in the year 1971 from Osmania University and Ph.D (Soil Structures) in the year 1977 from Indian Institution of Science, Bangalore. He is member of American Concrete Institution, Institution of Engineers (India) and Indian Geo-technical Society.
